Firms in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region were not the first to the robotic process automation (RPA) party. However, they have been drivers for a recent and sustained surge of interest. To understand the maturity level of RPA programs in the region, we surveyed 45 companies in Asia Pacific with tenured RPA programs. This report summarizes our findings from this survey.
